Our Story
Triangle Memory Box is a spin-off of our parent production company, Creative Illusions Productions. Since the mid-'90s, we've been transferring media for use in our clients' productions, and we've gotten quite good at it. After seeing so many customer service horror stories with other 'box' companies, we thought we'd start offering the same services, but with a different approach - great customer service. We'll be in touch with you constantly throughout the process, letting you know how things are going. You will also know up front EXACTLY what we will do, and EXACTLY how much it will cost. No surprises - at all.
Our Process
SEND
Use our Price Calculator to determine what your cost will be. Either give us a call, text, or use the form here to let us know exactly what you need. Pack your box with your media and ship it to us. Not comfortable shipping? No problem! You can drop your media off in person at our studio in the Raleigh, NC(Creedmoor) area.
CONVERT
You'll be notified as soon as your media arrives. We then digitally preserve your family memorabilia safely in-house at our studio in the Raleigh, NC area. Your memories never leave our sight.
ENJOY
Your original items and their digitized copies are returned in an average time of 7 business days. Your memories will be safe and secure for generations to come.
